1. Personalized Orders
Moontales products are custom-made using the date and details provided by you.
Because of this, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
This includes:
- Moon phase products
- Engraved items
- Products with initials, names, dates, or custom messages
- Any made-to-order gift
2. Order Changes
Changes are only possible before production begins.
If you need to update your date, engraving, initials, address your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Order number
- Clear no cut unboxing video of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Short description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized products
- Engraved products
- Custom moon phase gifts
- Items made with incorrect details provided by the customer
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
